Yes, once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and once your product has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. We ship all orders from a fulfillment center in China. We consciously chose this because we can serve our global customers faster from there. In addition, this is better for the Millieu, because much less transport is involved. You can read more about this at this page.
Return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase on our webshop. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it under the following conditions:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The product must be returned in the original packaging, must not be opened, and must not show signs of use.
Nail cosmetics are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery. If you have unopened items from, for example, a starter set, this will be settled proportionally. Please contact us for this at info@glamnailsprofessional.nl.
Important: If anything is missing or broken upon arrival of the package, you must report this to our customer service before returning it.
